1. General information
The general goal of the subject is to deal with the ability to design and implement projects applied to the reality of Social Work, promoting both the attitudes and the basic competences for their design.
The approach and goals of the subject are aligned with the following Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations Agenda 2030 ( https://www.un.org/sustainabledevelopment/es/), so that the acquisition of the learning results of the subject provides training and competence to contribute to some extent to their achievement.
2. Learning results

Understand the relationship between research, diagnosis, evaluation, and social work practice.

Know the process of formulation, implementation and evaluation of social programmes, the professional performance of social workers in their management and theparticipation of public and private organisations in them.

Use methods and techniques for the assessment of needs, capacities, opportunities and risks of users, groups and communities, including in the process the participation of interested persons or groups.

Apply needs assessment methods and possible options to guide an intervention strategy.

Design, implement and evaluate intervention plans with the persons served and other professionals negotiating the use of services and review the effectiveness of these plans.

Use the general technology of social intervention project management: analysis, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
Students will be able to identify the basic concepts of planning and scheduling. Contextualize the management of social projects from the perspective of gender . In the face of a problematic situation, identify needs, beneficiaries and alternative solutions to design a social intervention project. Know and apply the process of evaluation of social projects
The learning results will enable social work students to understand better understand the results of other projects, carry out social projects autonomously, and have the ability to plan and avoid improvisation.

The subject aims to promote learning through an active and dynamic methodology that involves participation and reflection on the study and analysis of the social reality, its problems and the groups affected in order to put into practice the design of the social intervention.

5. Assessment system
The student must demonstrate that he/she has achieved the intended learning results through the following assessment activities.
Continuous assessment: (40%) the passing of the written tests corresponding to the subject presented in the theoretical classes
(60%) Estimated on the realization of practical assumptions, exercises and participation corresponding to the practical classes
Students who opt for a single evaluation must inform the teacher.
40% the written test on the theoretical contents related to the theory classes 60% for the completion of the tasks assigned by the teacher in charge of the practical class
